1. These writ petitions are disposed of with the consent order that the writ petitions are not pressed on merits but all aspects on merits whether of facts and law or any other issue, as raised in these writ petitions or raised before the departmental proceedings, can be raised by the petitioners before fF.P.(C) 7815/2014 &W.P.(C) 7814/2014 page 1of[2] 2015:DHC:11565 / the Disciplinary Authority and which DiscipUnary Authority will after hearing the parties pass a speaking order in accordance with law. It is further made clear that in case petitioners want to file an additional reply to the show cause notice given by the Disciplinary Authority, petitioners can now do so within a period oftwo weeks, as prayed.

2. Writ petitions are accordingly disposedof, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
