JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the present suit on the ground that extensive amendments would be required in the averments made in the plaint and instead of pressing the suit as it stands or seeking amendments therein, she may be permitted to withdraw the same while reserving the right of her client to file a fresh suit based on the same cause of action.
