JUDGMENT
1. Counsels for the parties jointly state that in view a comprehensive settlement arrived at between the parties in CS(OS)No.278/2011 by virtue of a Settlement Agreement dated 11.9.2014, the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit any further and the same may be disposed of.
2. Counsel for the defendants confirms the aforesaid submission.
3. Accordingly, the present suit is disposed of, along with the pending applications, while leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
