ORDER
1. It is stated that the petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') for appointment of an Arbitrator is listed for hearing on 9^^ March 2015.
2. The Petitioner has placed on record the proof of service on Respondent through email.
3. None appears for the Respondent.
4. In the circumstances, the interim order dated 22"^ April 2014 passed by this Court will continue during the pendency of the arbitral proceedings subject to modification or clarification by the learned Arbitrator in an OMP No. 437/2014 PageI of[2] 2015:DHC:11694 'T application that may be filed by either party under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
