Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the respondents were to communicate the reasons for disqualification of petitioner today, the petitioner would not press the present petition in the present form and craves leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
The respondents shall communicate the reasons for disqualification ofthe petitioner by 3.00 p.m.today.
