18.02.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to file an application for rectification before the Income
Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) in respect of some issues which have been left undecided by the impugned order. He submits that in the event of adverse orders, he ought to be granted liberty to approach this Court.
In view of the statement made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to agitate its grievances, if any, in suitable proceedings - in which further liberty to raise the questions sought to be urged in the present case is also reserved. The
2015:DHC:11056-DB appeals are accordingly dismissed in these terms.
