ORDER
1. Pursuant to orders dated 15,07.2014 and 29.05.2014 passed in W.P.(C) 4282/2014 and W.P.(C) 3661/2014 respectively and order dated 2015:DHC:10850 02.12.2014 passed by this Court in the above petitions and order dated 12.09.2014 passed in 6055/2014, respondents have filed compHance report whereby stated that the aforesaid orders have been complied with.
2. Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents further seeks 8 weeks time to grant the benefits to the petitioners as per MHA/UO dated 16.02.2015 on delayed payment.
3. In view of the averments made in the reply filed by the respondents, they are directed grant the benefits to the petitioners within 8 weeks from today. Failing which, respondents shall pay Rs.25,000/- per month to each ofthe petitioners.
4. If the petitioners are still aggrieved with the decision of the respondents, liberty is granted to them to revive the present petitions.
5. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
