ORDER

1. Vide this commoii order. Ishall dispose oftwo bail applications beanng 67/2015 and 110/2015 as both the applications are filed u/s 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatorybail incaseFIRNo.22/13 u/s363/366/376/506/384 IPC and u/s 4/6 ofPOCSOActand S. 8/10 ofChildMarriageRestraintActregisteredwithPolice StationKhajuri Khas.

2 It is submitted by the counsel for the accused that other co-accused have already beenreleasedonanticipatorybailand therole ofthe accusedis confined to rendering financial help to Manoj Bhati. It is further submitted that the proseeutrix left her parental home on her own will. Although FIR 192/12 was registered but police did not file any charge sheet. Thereafter again the 2015:DHC:10585 prosecutrix left her matrimonial home and got married with Manoj Bhati. The present FIR was registered involving various persons. The applicants have no role in the matter. Accused BabuRamis aged about 75 years. They are ready to joininvestigation, assuch, they bereleased onbail.

3. The application is opposed onbehalf of the State. During the course of the arguments, so far as the role ofthe applicants, who are father and brother of the accused Manoj Bhati, it is not disputed that they used to render financial help toManoj Bhati but itwas submitted that they also threatened the prosecutrix.

4. Keeping inview the totality ofthe facts and circumstances ofthe case and therole assigned totheapplicants, it is ordered thatintheevent oftheir arrest:-

(i) Petitioners be admitted to bail on their executing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe concerned I.O./SHO.

(ii) They will join the investigation as and when called for by the 1.0.

(iii) They will furnish their address as well as contact numbers to the
