JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the present suit as he states that a comprehensive suit for seeking partition of the estate of late Shri K.L. Nagpal was instituted by the plaintiffs after instituting the present suit, registered as CS(OS) 335/2011, which is listed at Item No.37 in today’s cause list and is being pursued by the plaintiffs.
