JUDGMENT

1. The present suit has been placed before the Court by the Joint has been appearing on behalf of the plaintiff. A perusal of the ordersheets reveals that the plaintiff has gone unrepresented after 11.10.2013. Further, the plaintiff has not taken any steps to summon the witnesses for recording his evidence.
