JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the plaintiffs states that the defendant has paid the agreed amount of `10.00 lacs to the plaintiffs and nothing further is due and payable to them in terms of their entire claim. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present suit.

2. Counsel for the defendant states that she has no objection to the aforesaid request.
