ORDER
1. The petitioner has preferred the present petition to seek bail. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2013. The petitioner submits that he is a poor labourer having a family with two children and wife to support. He submits that practically all the witnesses have been examined, except a few Police officials. Therefore, there is no possibility of the petitioner influencing the witnesses.
2. Onthe other hand, the status report filed bytherespondent shows that the Cartridge recovered from the site, allegedly fired by the petitioner, matches the firearm recovered atthe instance ofthe petitioner.
3. The nominal roll in relation to the petitioner shows that he has no 2015:DHC:10586 antecedents. He has already undergone incarnation for one year seven months twenty-six days as on 27.02.2015. The other co-accused has already been released on bail.
4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is admitted to bail upon his furnishing a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall also provide his mobile phone number at the time of furnishing the bail bond, which shall be kept in working condition at all times.
