JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is that a Medical Board be constituted to determine his medical category.

2. We have heard Mr. Tarun Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ansari, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India.

3. We see no reason to keep this writ petition pending as the prayer is innocuous. As such, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to constitute a Medical Board and assess the medical category of the petitioner within a period of six weeks W.P.(C) 5517/2025 from today.

4. The decision taken would be communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
