JUDGMENT

1. The present application has been filed by the plaintiff praying inter alia that he be permitted to withdraw the suit as the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement with the intervention of the friends and well wishers.

2. The plaintiff is present in Court and confirms that he has instructed his counsel to file the present application. The application has been signed by the plaintiff and is supported by his affidavit.

3. Counsels for the defendants No.1 to 3 and defendant No.4 also confirm that the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement. 2015:DHC:2091 CS(OS) 185/2008 Counsels for the parties confirm that the fee of the Local Commissioner has already been paid by them.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present application is allowed and disposed of. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
