ORDER
2014. Parties are present. Both the petitions have been filed for quashing of FIRs, the details of which are mentioned in the order dated 11^ August,
2014. 2015:DHC:10709 Brief facts of the case are that a quarrel took place between the parties. Consequently, both FIRs were registered against each other. It is stated that during the pendency of these proceedings the parties have settled their disputes amicably by Compromise Deed dated 30^^" July, 2014 executed between them. The parties have no objection if both the FIRs are quashed as they have compromised the matter. Counsel for the State has no objection to the same. In view ofthe averments made inthepetition, I am of theopmion that no useful purpose would beserved in continuing theproceedings arising out ofthe above saidFIR. Accordingly, theproceedings arisen from the FIRNo. 342/2013 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC and FIR No.341/2013 under Sections 323/336/506/34 IPC, Police Station Mundka, Delhi, are hereby quashed qua the petitioners, subject to the condition that pistol ofMr.Vijay, son of late Sh.Mahender Singh, resident of VPO Tikri Kalan, Delhi-110041, who was have the pistol, which is at present lying in Malkhana, Police Station Mundka, is impounded for a period of five years, for which he has no objection. Whatever other proceedings if pending with regard to pistol shall continue in accordance with law. Both petitions stand disposed of. Dasti.
