Without going into the pleas raised by the appellant in the present appeal and considering the fact that the appellant has agreed to appear before the learned Family Court on any date after 14"^ September 2015, we dispose ofthe present appealby giving adirectionto the appellantto remain
^ present before the learnedFamily Court on the date to be given by learned
Family Court after 14"^ September 2015 for his personal presence.
We have been informed that presently the matter is listed before learned Family Court on 1^' July 2015. The learned Family Court, ifso feels to adjournthe matter, the same may be adjourned for adate after 14.09.2015 for the personal presence ofthe parties. We make it clear that the appellant shall not commit any kind ofdefault in not complying with the direction for ensuring the personal presence before the learned Family Court on the date given by the learned Family Court.
