JUDGMENT

1. This application has been filed by the appellant seeking modification of the paragraph no.4 of our judgment dated 30.04.2025 passed in CM APPL. 25755/2025, inasmuch as it has recorded that the appellant was earlier working with the Indian Air Force.

2. The appellant submits that it is the father of the appellant who was working with the Indian Air Force; the appellant is pursuing her MBA from an Institute in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

3. None is appearing for the respondent in spite of advance service by the appellant.

4. In our view, the modification sought for will not make any difference in our final opinion on the outcome of CM APPL. 25755/2025. Accordingly, paragraph no.4 of our judgment dated 30.04.2025 is modified and shall now read as under: “Furthermore, it is not denied that the appellant is pursuing her MBA from an institute in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.”

5. The application is disposed of in the above terms.

6. A copy of this order be uploaded as a corrigendum to the judgment dated 30.04.2025.
