passed by the trial court on 18.05.2013. Since an appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 1620/2013 has been filed on behalf of the victim, as agreed, the present leave to appeal is allowed. Office is directed to register the same as an appeal. It is also agreed that the appeal filed by the victim being Criminal Appeal
No. 1620/2013 be disposed ofwith the agreed understanding that all grounds raised in Criminal Appeal No. 1620/2013 may be raised by the complainant in the state appeal. The counsel for the complainant shall also be permitted to address arguments and raise all grounds as available to her in accordance with law. Crl. A. No. 1620/2013 stands disposed of.
