ORDER
1. The matters were passed over as none was present on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. At that time, Mr. Vinall<, counsel for the respondent No.2 was present. None is present on pass over.
2. Aperusal of the order sheet shows that the petitioner has not been taking steps to prosecute the present petitions by depositing the charges for publication of citations in the newspaper.
3. Vide order dated 1.10.2014, last and final opportunity was granted to the petitioner to take steps and the matters were adjourned to 22.12.2014. On 22.12.2014, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- imposed on the petitioner, final opportunity was granted to her to issue notice to the general public in the TEST.CAS. 37/2011 &TEST.CAS. 38/2011 Page No.1of[2] 2015:DHC:11796 y newspaper and the matters wer^adjourned to 13.2,2015. On 13.2.2015, the petitioner had appeared in person and stated that she had arrived at a settlement and wished to withdraw the present petitions.
