27.03.2015 The parties have settled their disputes. No us subsists. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs/decree holders submits that the amount of Rs.67 lacs, which was payable to the plaintiffs in terms of the settlement, had been duly received by the plaintiffs. Nothing survives in the matter. The suit is accordingly disposed off.

2015:DHC:11905 'I submits that (i) Rs.45,000/- as directed, has been paid into the Prime
Minister's Relief Fund and (ii) he would file the receipt of the same through an affidavit in the next two weeks.
Since the matter has been settled and not adjudicated upon, let Court fees be returned as per rules.
