ORDER
1. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing the lookout circular issued againstthe petitioner and permitthe petitioner to travel abroad.
2. Further seeks directions thereby directing respondent nos. 1 and 2 to expunge the endorsement"offload" made on the Passportofthe petitioner.
3. Petitioner does not pressPrayer'C atthis stage.
4. Ld.Counsel appearing on behalfofthe respondents on advance notice 2015:DHC:11004 submits that the respondents have not received any representation from the petitioner. Therefore,the present petition is not maintainable.
5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances ofthis case,respondents are directed to consider the present petition as the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within two weeks from receipt ofthis order. Decision taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter. V 6. Needless to state that if the decision is taken in favour of the A petitioner, the lookout notice and the entry made on the Passport shall be deleted within one week thereafter.
7. Ifthe petitioner is still aggrieved with the decision ofthe respondents, he may approach the appropriate forum.
8. In view ofthe above terms,present petition stands disposed of.
