1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to approach the court of the learned ADJ, North-West, Rohin Courts, Delhi where suit No.389/2004 is pending, for making a request to return the plaint to enable the petitioner to file the same before the court vested with the pecuniary jurisdiction to try and entertain it.
