This appeal is directed against the order dated 03.03.2015 passed by a learned
Single Judge of this Court. We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants as also the learned counsel for the respondents, who appeared on observing the case in the cause list.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are disposing of this appeal by directing that the learned observer appointed by the learned Single Judge may also take the assistance of the Volleyball Federation of India in complying with the directions given by the learned Single Judge. This direction has been given in view of the alternative prayer made by the appellants in this appeal. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the time for filing the affidavit given by the
2015:DHC:11931-DB APRIL 06, 2015 SR SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J learned observer was by this evening. The learned counsel for the appellants requests that this may be extended by two days. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this. However, this request may be made before the observer tomorrow itself
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
