JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the plaintiff had sought an adjournment on the ground that for the past several dates, he had not been receiving any instructions from his client, who is residing in United Kingdom and he would be taking steps to file an application for seeking discharge in the case.

2. Neither is the counsel for the plaintiff present today, nor has an application for discharge been filed. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J MARCH 19, 2015 rkb
