JUDGMENT
1. Pursuant to the order dated 6.4.2015, a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 5.3.2015 has been forwarded by the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre & Conciliation Centre.
2. Counsels for the parties jointly state that the original Settlement Agreement has been placed in the file of CS(OS)No.65/2011.
3. The original Settlement Agreement has been summoned from the Registry, a perusal whereof reveals that a comprehensive settlement has been arrived at between the parties in respect of several civil and criminal litigations, including the present suit.
4. Counsel for the plaintiff states that in terms of the comprehensive settlement arrived at with the defendants and some other parties, the plaintiff seeks the liberty to withdraw the present 2015:DHC:3134 CS(OS) 260/2008 suit.
5. While taking on record the copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 5.3.2015, the present suit is disposed of as not pressed. The parties are left to bear their own costs.
