15.04.2015 Parties have settled their disputes.
Settlement agreement dated 23'^'' February, 2015 airived at before the
Delhi High Court Mediationand Conciliation Centre is already on record.
All the three defendants have paid a sum of Rs.65,000/- each to the plaintiff in cash totalling a sum of Rs.1,95,000/- in terms of the settlement agreement, which is signed byall the parties along withthe annexures and is marked as Ex. PX.
Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Ex.
PX.
The present suit is disposed of in terms of Ex. PX. Court fee be refunded.
In terms of Ex.PX parties agreed that the representatives of the plaintiff shall be present in the office of defendant No.l and the impugned goods both finished and unfinished bearing the impugned trademark/logo of

•r* the plaintiff shall be destroyed in the presence of the representative of the plaintiffon 27'"' April, 2015 at 11.30 a.m.
