After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. However, the learned counsel for the appellant requests for limited direction to the learned Family Court to expeditiously decide the divorce petition filed by the appellant taking into view the fact that two years have elapsed by now from the date of filing of divorce petition and setting aside of the ex-parte decree of divorce dated

Inview ofthe aforesaid, the appeal filed by the appellant isdismissed as withdrawn.
