ORDER

2. The Court accordingly appoints Mr.V.K. Malhotra, a former Additional District Judge, Delhi, residing at G-8/1, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 (Mob. No. 981061952[8]) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes Arb.P, 326/2014 Page I of[2] 2015:DHC:11079 c \a^ between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi' International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre Arbitration Proceedings (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules.

3. It will be open to the parties to seek appropriate interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator in accordance withlaw. It will also be open to the parties to treat the present application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') as an application under Section 17 ofthe Act.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be delivered to the learned Arbitrator as well as Additional Coordinator, DAC forthwith.
