Parties have settled their disputes in temis of the mediation settlement anived at before the mediator at Rohini court and the settlement has been recorded on 26.3.2015. The mediation settlement dated 26.3.2015 is marked as Ex.PX and shall be read with the present application. Ex.PX has been signed by all the parties. Parties shall be bound by the temis and conditions contained in Ex.PX.
2015:DHC:11860 \aV\ In tenns of the settlement Ex.PX a sum of Rs.52 lacs lying deposited with the Registrar General ofthis Court is to be paid to the plaintiff; which amount is directed to be released to him.
Suit is decreed in terms of Ex.PX. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
Application as also the suit is disposed of.
Court fee is ordered to be refunded.
Date fixed for the Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
