ORDER

1. Learned senior counsel for respondent nos. 2 &3 very fairly agrees on concession that the impugned order dated 24.12.2014 of the Delhi School Tribunal which dismisses the appeal by refusing to condone the delay of26 days be set aside and the appeal be decided on merits. It is also agreed on behalf of the petitioner that all issues ofmerits, whether they arise in facts or in law, will be decided and are left open for being decided as per the defences of the respondent nos. 2 & 3 before the Tribunal.

2. The writ petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations. Parties will appear before the Delhi School Tribunal on I May, 2015.
