JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner has remained unrepresented for the last two dates, i.e., on 22.8.2014 and 10.10.2014. Same is the position even today.
2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution. I.A.
