ORDER
1. In LPA No.540/2014, it is reported by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre that the parties have resolved all disputes. page 2 of[3] n
2. In LPA Nos.537/2014, 539/2014 and 545/2014, the settlement agreements made pursuant to the settlements arrived at between the parties have been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. We are informed that the parties have acted upon the said agreements. We are further informed that in LPA Nos.539/2014 and 545/2014, the amounts payable to the respondents stand paid and in LPA No.537/2014, the amounts towards the gratuity of the respondent - Raghubir Singh Saini stand deposited with the Registry of this court. The Registry is directed to release the amounts deposited by the appellant to the respondent with allaccruals thereon including interest, etc.
3. In view of the above, these writ petitions would not survive for adjudication and are disposed ofinterms ofthe settlements. The pending applications consequently do not survive for consideration and are also disposed of. GWAM P.S.TEJI APRIL 22, 2015 aj page 3 of[3]
