1. During the course of arguments, it is agreed that ? 6.[5] lacs deposited by the petitioner in this case shall be released to the complainant on her furnishing undertaking to return it along with interest @ 12% per annum if the petitioner succeeds and the complainant is directed by the Court to return it. The complainant has no objection to confirm the bail.

2. ? 6.[5] lacs have been deposited by the petitioner in compliance ofthe order dated 14.08.2014. This amount shall be released to the complainant on her furnishing undertaking with the Registrar General ofthis Court to return it along with interest @12% per annum ifso directed by the Court subject to the outcome ofthe case.

3. In view ofthis, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of^ 50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe SHO/lnvestigating officer. The petitioners BAILAPPLN. 1198/2014 &connectedmatters ^ €) shall continue to join the investigation as and when required. It is made clear that payment of? 6.[5] lacs to the complainant is subject to the outcome of the case instituted by her and in case there is directions by the Court to return the amount ? 6.[5] lacs, the complainant shall return it along with interest @12% per annum.
