JUDGMENT
1. Counsels for the parities jointly state that after the last date of hearing, CS(OS)No.2438/2014 was listed before the appropriate Bench (Manmohan, J.) on 10.4.2015 on which date, a compromise decree has been passed.
2. Counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the aforesaid compromise arrived at between the parties, he does not wish to press the present suit and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
