JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, the matter was adjourned for awaiting the presence of Mr.Vishal Arora, son of the Judgment Debtor, along with the title deeds of property bearing No.E-1/13, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

2. Today, learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor hands over four pay orders to the counsel for the Decree Holder, the details whereof are as under: S.No. Pay Order No. and date Amount

3. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that having received the aforesaid pay orders, the execution petition stands satisfied and the same may be disposed of.

4. Now that the entire decretal amount has been paid by the Judgment Debtor, the status-quo order passed in respect of the aforesaid immovable property stands vacated. The Judgment Debtor shall be at liberty to deal with the said property as he may deem appropriate.
