ORDER

1. There is utter confusion in the appeals. The reason is that the writ record has not been filed. Some annexures filed along with the writ petition and the rejoinder have been filed but with a different number in the appeals. LPA Nos.231/2015 & 232/2015 page 1 0f[2] 2015:DHC:11731-DB Realizing as above, counsel seeks leave to withdraw the appeals and all the above captioned applications with right reserved to file fresh appeals with properly constituted grounds pleaded therein as also complete record of the writ petitions which would include the pleadings, the annexures of the respective parties. Granting liberty as prayed for, the two appeals as also all interim applications filed therein are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to file fresh appeals. No costs.
