JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that pursuant to the order dated 6.2.2015, when bailable warrants had to be issued to the Judgment Debtor on account of her non-appearance, she has paid the balance amount of `1,95,000/- through cheque to his client which has been duly encashed, on being presented. As a result, nothing further is due or payable by the Judgment Debtor to the Decree Holder and the present petition may be disposed of as the decree stands satisfied.
2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application, while leaving the parties to bear their own expenses. HIMA KOHLI, J APRIL 27, 2015 mk
