The petitioner had withdrawn the petitions seeking similar relief unconditionaly and after some arguments. The learned counsel for the

•y- petitioner submits that after withdrawal ofthe said petitions, the Aurangabad
Bench ofBombay High Court had passed an interim order dated 08.04.2015.
He prays that the petitioners should also be granted similar orders. It is noted that ad-interim orders passed by the Aurangabad Bench of the
Bombay High Court had been placed before this Court in the petitions filed by the petitioner earlier (i.e. W.P.(C) 2651/2015 &2436/2015). Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner had argued the matter at length and thereafter, withdrawn thepetitions unconditionally.
In the circumstances, the petitioners cannot be permitted to re-agitate the issues. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed.
