JUDGMENT

1. With the help of the learned ASG, the matter has reached a resolution. Accordingly, parties are agreed that the writ petition be disposed of with the following directions:

(i) The debarment qua the petitioner will end on 31.10.2015.

(ii) The petitioner will make a fresh application for classification within four weeks from today.

(iii) If an application is made, respondent no.3 shall inspect the hotel of the petitioner within four weeks of the same being made. The inspection for purposes of classification will be concluded before 31.10.2015, upon the petitioner taking requisite steps in that behalf.

(iv) The debarment qua classification will dissolve as on 31.10.2015.

2. With the above directions, the writ petition and the application are W.P.(C) 8777/2014 2015:DHC:4391 disposed of.
