JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states, on instructions from the Manager of the plaintiff/society that as the plaintiff has already received the possession of the suit premises, vide order dated 15.12.2009 passed in the present proceedings, they do not wish to pursue the suit any further and she seeks leave to withdraw the same.
