Police Station TimarPur,Delhi.
Brieffacts ofthe case are that the parties are relatives and on M"
April, 2013 a quarrel took place between them in which both the sides suffered injuries. On the basis ofthe complaints made by Vinod Kumar
(respondent No.2 in Grl. M.G. No.921/2015), the FIR No.84/2013 was registered against petitioners,namely,Rajbir Singh,Kiran Pal,Braham Pal and Jagvinder Singh. Kiran Pal (respondent No.2 in Crl. M.C.
No.784/2015)also made a complaintin respect ofthe same incident,on the basis of which the FIR No.85/2013 was registered against the petitioners, namely, Vinod Kumar, Dhirender Singh @ Dhiru, Baljeet, Mahender and
Gyan Chand.
Since the parties are relatives, they have settled their disputes before
Medaition Centre,Tis Hazari Courts,Delhi,on 15*^ December,2014. Copy ofthe Settlement/Agreement dated 15^^ December,2014is placed on record.
They are also presentin Courtand have confirmed the settlement.
Learned APP for the State has informed the Court that one of the victims, namely, Vishant, is not impleaded as a party in the present proceedings, though his name is mentioned in the FIR. Petitioners under these circumstances indemnify that in case Vishant has got any grievance about quashing of FIR, he would be entitled to initiate the proceedings in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the
