1. Both the parties are agreed that any office bearer ofthe Dehi Bar Association (DBA) may be appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter claims.

2. Inthe circumstances,the Courtappoints Mr;Vikas Manchanda, Advocate and who is at present the Vice-President DBA as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. 3. The parties are directed to appear before the sole Arbitrator on th 6 July, 2015. at 4.00 pm. If the said date and time are not inconvenient to the learned Arbitrator he will communicate the date and time of his convenience to the parties at least three days in advance.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy ofthis order be delivered to the learned Arbitrator forthwith.
