HIGH COURT OF DELHI
EX.P. 319/2012 IAs No. 703/2012 and 495/2014
M/S FRIEGHT SYSTEMS(INDIA) PVT LTD ..... Decree Holder
Through : None.
VERSUS
VINAY CHOUDHARY ..... Judgement Debtor
Through : None.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI O R D E R 19.05.2015
JUDGMENT

1. The petition was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the Decree Holder. Same is the position even on the second call.

2. On the last date of hearing, the Court had been informed that the Decree Holder had arrived at a settlement with the Judgment Debtor. Perhaps it is for the said reason that none is present for the Decree Holder.

3. Be that as it may, the present petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J MAY 19, 2015 sk/ap
