27.05.2015 Both the parties have informed thatthey have settled their disputes by virtue of Settlement Agreement dated 24"" April, 2015 arrived at between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Copy of the said Settlement Agreement is filed before Court. Along with the
Settlement Agreement, Annexures - A & B are also enclosed. The same are taken on the record in the petition being Crl. M.C. No.3765/2014. The said
Settlement Agreement is duly signed bytheparties and both theparties have undertaken to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned in para 8 of the said agreement. They also submit that in view of the Settlement
Agreement dated 24^*^ April, 2015, the abovementioned petitions may be disposed of.
In view of the statement made by both the parties as well as the settlement arrived at between them, all these petitions are accordingly disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of. tOHAN SINGH, J.
