JUDGMENT
1. The present application has been filed by the plaintiffs praying inter alia for leave to withdraw the accompanying suit, with liberty to file a fresh suit in case a fresh cause of action arises in their favour.
2. Notice. Counsels for the defendants accept notice and state that they do not have any objection to the present application being allowed.
