JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Arun Mohan, learned Senior Advocate for the plaintiff had stated that he was trying to facilitate a settlement between the plaintiff and defendant No.2(sisters) and was hopeful of reporting a settlement on the next date. At the request of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the case was adjourned for today.

2. Today, the plaintiff is present along with her counsel. Defendant No.2 is present in person and is duly identified by the plaintiff.

3. Mr. Arun Mohan, learned Senior Advocate states on instructions that the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit in view of a settlement arrived at with the defendant No.2. 2015:DHC:4828 CS(OS) No.2055/2012

4. The court has enquired from the plaintiff, who is present in court if she proposes to pursue the present suit any further. She states that she does not wish to press the present suit as she has arrived at a settlement with her sister(defendant No.2). Defendant no.2 also confirms the fact that she and plaintiff have arrived at a settlement.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the suit is disposed of as not pressed.

6. In acknowledgment of the statements made by the plaintiff and the defendant No.2 and recorded hereinabove, they shall affix their signatures on the margin of the order sheet. HIMA KOHLI, J MAY 27, 2015 mk/ap
