28.05.2015 I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the documents on record. Having gone through both the orders dated 6th June, 2013 and 8th April, 2015 passed by the Trial Court and Revisional Court, there is no merit in the present petition. Even otherwise, there is delay of more than 300 days in filing the revision petition. Once the revision petition is dismissed, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed.
