5. The submission ofthe learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner wants to resolve this dispute with the complaint through mediation has not been agreed tobytheComplainant who ispresent inCourt. She states thatshe has suffered at the hands ofthe Petitioner and seeks justice.
6. The Court has perused the FIR and other documents placed on record. Prima facie the allegations appear to be serious in nature anddo not warrant grant of anticipatory bailtothePetitioner, atthisstage.
