ORDER
1. After some hearing, counsel for the petitioners seeks to W.P.(C) Nos 6174/2015 &6175/2015 ^ 2015:DHC:11154 withdraw the petitions with liberty to challenge Note 5 under the heading "Procedure for calculation of 'Best of Four subjects percentage" contained in Annexure — 1ofthe Notification prescribing the Guidelines to be followed for admission to the four year Undergraduate Colleges for the academic session 2014-15 and which is stated to be applicable to the current academic session also.
