30.06.2015 In the above captioned four applications, petitioners are seeking pre-an'cst bail in FIR No. 174/2015, under Sections 394/.368/365/323/
427/506/34 of the IPC, registered at police station Naraina, Delhi while claiming thatthey have clean antecedents.
With the consent of both the sides, these applications have been

Learned senior counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have clean antecedents and are settled in life and the incident in question took place due to some misunderstanding, which now stands cleared with the complainant- Abhishek Tanwar, who is present in the Court.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that Abhishek Tanwar, present in the Court, has been identified to be the first-informant / complainant of FIR in question by SI Dinesh Kumar, investigating Officer of this case and that petitioners have already joined investigation in this case.
Complainant- Abhishek Tanwar submits that the incident in question took place due to some misunderstanding which now stands cleared with petitioners and he has no grievance against them.
In the peculiarity of this case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners- Harmanpreet Singh, s/o Shri Jaskirat Singh; Rahul
Sharma, s/o Shri Mahipal Sharma; Harsh Luthra, s/o Shri A.K. Luthra and Kshitij Anand, s/o Shri Sandeep Anand be admitted to bail on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of^25,000/- each, with one local surety each inthe like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
The above captioned four bail applications are disposed of with aforesaid directions.
